Daniel Wellington

Objective: Share two posts to my Instagram during their new Classic Petite Watch campaign period of May-June 2017.

For this project, I really wanted to make the face of the watch stand out, and pairing the band color with that of a similar color background, allowed this to happen. I also wanted the shots to be minimalistic (something I have been drawn to so much lately) so that way there were no distractions from the watch.

It also goes to show you that you really can draw inspiration from anywhere-This wall is a loading dock of a strip mall, but since it's my favorite color, I HAD to make it happen lol.

One of the main reasons I decided to work with Daniel Wellington (aside from loving their products), is because the person who reached out to me shared that she is also from Oahu and moved to NYC 2 years ago. I love when talking business feels more like a conversation over coffee with a friend than just a transaction; when someone can share a little of themselves with you instead of just trying to pitch a company to you. So in turn we did just that, and set up a coffee date while I'm there at the end of May.
